Sometimes it is nice to look at ourselves through the lens of pure humanity and realize we all face fear. For most insurance agents it is the fear of rejection or making the jump to take your agency to the next level. Fear of committing money or doing things you have never done before. This video has zero to do with insurance and is simply a look at how people face their fears when being asked to jump off of a 10m (33 foot high) diving board.  This long form video is a compilation of how 67 different people handled the situation.  It is just an interesting experimental look at how we handle fear.
