Hello My Tague Alliance Friends,

Quick side note – we had an AMAZING time with all of the members and carriers who attended our 12th Annual Awards Dinner.  What a night it was!  Dinner, gaming, dancing, beverages, $15k in raffle prizes, and over $700,000 in bonus checks paid out.  To top it off we distributed our two largest checks ever, $108k and $123k to the top two members.  For 2016 we will end up paying about $1,300,000 in profit sharing back to our members.

The formula for success in our group and SIAA is very simple: write profitable premium with the partner carriers.  It is not complicated, complex, or confusing.  I like things that are simple and understandable.

If you have not heard of InsuranceNerds you may want to check out the website at www.insnerds.com.  They have a great glossary that is written in very plain and simple English that anyone can understand.  This can be very helpful for you or your employees when needing to explain a coverage or concept to a prospect or client.  There are plenty of technical glossaries out there, this is the antithesis of technical.
