Hello Tague  Members,

I came across these couple videos from Agency Nation which is part of TrustedChoice, and the advice in these three videos is good.   You have heard me say at many of our member meetings that no InsureTech or direct-to-consumer (aka Esurance, Geico) can or ever will be able to “out relationship” the local independent agent.  The videos below lean into this philosophy and give some good advice that we can follow to enhance our independent agencies.
